The Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a nation with over 97 million citizens, shares the northern borders with the People's Republic of China and the western border with Laos and Cambodia. The main ethnic group in the country is the Viet which constitutes about 86% of the 54 minorities that make up the Vietnamese nation today. Hanoi, the largest city in North Vietnam, became the capital of the entire country, and Saigon, the largest city of the south, was renamed into Ho Chi Minh City, in honor of the leader of Communist North Vietnam, who is considered the father of the modern nation. Both cities are crowded and industrialized and with millions of motorcyclists, the visitors are greeted with a thick cloud of air pollution that requires wearing a face mask to prevent airway pollution. To its length and breadth of Vietnam, residents use also less polluting solutions to traffic. Everywhere people ride bikes and the pupils use this vehicle to go to school
