Description:

To encourage the cormorants to dive into the water, the fishermen rock the rafts while softly humming. In the water, the natural hunting instinct of the cormorant is aroused and they become like guided missiles, expert at locating fish.
A skilled team of fishermen and birds can catch tens of fish within a few hours. After catching the loot, the cormorant returns to its master on the raft, fish in its beak, as it was trained to do over the years.
