Sorting the fish in the local sea market, at dawn

Description:

Given the 3,260 km length of Vietnam's coastline stretching from north to south , it is natural for the fishing industry to be well developed and hundreds of fishermen conduct daily trades of many species and types of fish. During the night all fishing boats go out to sea to fish and return at dawn packed with goods. Then the women sort the fish and immediately after, they start negotiating to sell them. It is recommended to settle on the shoreline before sunrise where you can see all the intensive activities of moving and selling the goods to the highest bidder. It is noisy, fast and crowded. But everyone is trying their best to get the best deal for that morning. Seems like part of the market’s life is shouting at the time of negotiation, rushing through the crowd and light pushing. While the boats are anchored side by side like a large floating market, the deals are settled a few feet away on wet sand.
